Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Dairy-Delight, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services (custom printed material), we follow the policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before processing begins.

• Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

• Payment was made but order was not processed

• The customer was charged twice

• File was not printed due to system error from our side

• Quality issues or incorrect printing (only if proof is provided within 24 hours of delivery)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in cases where:

• The customer uploaded the wrong file/Address/Wrong Item by itself

• The order was delayed due to incomplete information or unavailability

4. Refund Process

Once approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Amount will be credited via the original payment method
